One hour of physical activity in Kindergarten – class 4A
Every Tuesday we have our sports class from 14.00 to 15.00. The children love exercise and participate enthusiastically, always full of energy and enthusiasm. In addition to fun, exercise has numerous other positive effects: Movement is crucial for the development of children’s perception.
In sport, they gain spatial experience, develop greater body awareness, a sense of balance and coordination skills. In particular, experiences with one’s own body are crucial for developing self-confidence and forming a positive self-perception. Cognitive and language skills are also promoted through movement, and of course, exercise also has a direct positive effect on the body: it is important, especially in pre-school age, for the healthy development of bones, muscles, heart and lungs. Movement is therefore a fundamental part of a child’s development.
It is great that we can promote so much with our sports lesson. Perhaps you can pick up some ideas to take home.
